While the perception of smell is somewhat subjective and varies from person to person, there are some scientifically-recommended food choices that can help you smell better and even feel sexier.

Also, being a natural astringent, tomatoes help to shrink pores and block sweat ducts, thus controlling excessive sweating. Even drinking tomato juice can help lower body temperature, thereby reducing sweating.

Coconut oil

Taking coconut oil also supports digestive health, another important factor in fighting body odor and bad breath.

Rosemary

The volatile oils in rosemary can help fight any type of body odor by inhibiting the growth of odor-causing bacteria. In addition, the menthol and chlorophyll compounds in rosemary help neutralize strong body odors and bring a pleasant fragrance to your body.

Sage tree

Sage is another herb that can give your body a sweet and pleasant aroma thanks to the presence of aromatic compounds like diosmetin, apigenin, and luteolin in it. Its antibacterial effect also prevents bacteria from multiplying on the skin, thereby eliminating body odor. In addition, this herb also reduces the activity of sweat glands, helping you to sweat less. It even aids in removing harmful toxins from the body.

Parsley

The strong oil in parsley helps to get rid of unpleasant odors in the nose. Parsley also contains large amounts of chlorophyll, which has an alkalizing effect. This means it helps to alkalize the body and purify the blood. Parsley also aids in detoxification.
